Unable to get hold of them
After numerous attempts to amend my policy, from phone calls, emails and bod, still no call backs. Makes me wonder should I urgently need to get hold of them, will I be able to. For me this is a breach of my SLA with them. If I could, I would have liked to cancel my contracts with them!
