Unable to contact Matrix

I have lost my cars and contacted Matrix to cancel my services with them

Since cancellation they continue debiting my account. I then followed up and they gave me a cancellation invoice that i do not understand

I sent mails to follow up on the invoice but they are not responding

I called but thier line ***, I have been holding for days

I need to know what i am charged for

I need my contract or voice recording where the terms of cancellation were laid out to me

I need the debiting to stop and this cancelled
