Unable to Cancel Subscription for a vehicle that has been sold more than 2 years ago

I am so frustrated with Mixed Telematics as they are so unhelpful. I only wonder what service people receive whose vehicles actually have been ******. Their service is non existent. Mixed Telematics continue to debit me long after my vehicle has been sold. I have been Unable to Cancel my Subscription for a vehicle that has been sold more than 2 years ago.
Recent email communication on the ,28.0.2021,16.10.23,7.11.2023 to share a few and followed their links and done cancellation many times without a response or feedback and they continue to debit me. I struggle to get through to the call center and when i do, I am not helped, and I need this tracker contract cancelled immediately and for them to stop debiting me.
