Unable to Cancel Service
It seems that it is almost impossible to cancel a BeamE service. I have paid the settlement amount 2 months ago, but despite repeated emails, I am still billed for the service.
The call centre is useless as they just inform you to send an email to cancellations or customer care, but no one responds, yet they send SMS's about the outstanding amount.
