Un authorize debit order
I made a eft payment on the 10 December of R80 for the month of December,today I was debited R5.25 not sure for what that was for I tried calling the call centre waisted over R30 air time and just got out on hold

24 Dec 2020, 16:41I had a look through my bank statement and saw the debit order for November was unpaid on the 9/11/2020 I made a payment for the unpaid debit order which was for November.on the 19.11.2020 I made a payment for December and my account was not debited in December.on the 10.12.2020 I made a payment for January so how can I still be debited for January the consultant that contacted me is not making sense of this matter,i still await a statement that I request,if my account gets debited in January I will stop the debit order by my bank until this matter is resolved. I await feedback as soonest
