*****ulent/ Unauthorised debit orders

A bunch of ******* will continue debiting even when you have NOT renewed your contract with them, which in my opinion is theft. Now they have the nerve to hand me over to debt collectors when there is no proof of me renewing my contract. I sent an email asking them to provide me with a call or an email where I agreed to renew my contract with them but they chose to ignore me and gave me a lousy case number
