It is shocking how a company, after receiving cancellation confirmation from Matrix, continues to debit my account and send me statements. My bank explained that they simply change the reference number, and continue with the debits. THIS, after I visited their offices personally in Midrand.
You are a *****ulent company with even more SHOCK customer service.
