Trying to cancel my account for 2 months with no avail

I sold my vehicle 2 months ago, and requested to close my account then. It is still open, even though they have told me they will escalate the process and make sure it’s done, after contacting them more than 6 times. This is ****************. Check the rest of the reviews on here, everyone is saying the same. They are obviously doing this to make the extra money while the cancelled accounts stay open.

If this is not resolved within the next week, I am reporting *****.
