Trying to cancel mixtelemetics car tracker since last year

I have been trying to cancel the car tracker but it seems like I am not winning since last year. Then 3 weeks ago they said I should pay a settlement amount and I did, also I send the proof of payment but this week they have send another email to say I am still owing 😔 😟 🙁 😥 😞
