Truly useless
Just read the other reviews. We had similar experiences. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I've been emailing them for months asking them to cancel our service because the car they are 'watching' was written off last year, and they are still debiting my account. Finally I stopped the debit order and have now been told my account is in arrears and this will affect my credit rating. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
