Transfer of tracker
This is definetly the worst customer service ever from Matrix car track!
Sold my car in early October and my husband has been trying to transfer ownership of the tracker since!!
We write reviews and they leave an email address to contact but they never get back to you, so whats the point fo that!
Try to call no answer
Whatsapp messages just gets ignored.
My husband has left his contact number and email address yet nobody has contacted him!
I dont even want to give this place a 1 star!!
