Tracking of hijacked car

I am extremely disappointed at the service I received T Mix Telematix (Beamie),my brother got hijacked whilst driving my car. I called the tracker and within minutes I received a call stating that they were 'tracking' my car,however it doesn't seem like it was the case because within an hour I received a call that my car could not be recovered.

All calls that were received were from an office number,so to me it seems like Mix Telematix was just looking at a computer screen and tracking the car via the signal.Once they could no longer track the signal the 'search' was called off.

No car or helicopter was sent out to go look for my car.

Thanks for nothing Mix Telematix. Be certain that I will be telling everyone I know about your 'good' service.......
