Tracking for the people WITH CARE

i hve been using Mix telematics product -Beame for the past 2 years for my vehicle tracking and i mjst say its AMAZING. they have an add on to this contract where you get 6 free trips with Roadtrip (sa me as Uber). while the process to book is not as advanced/innovative the service is out of this world. when i started i thought they will drop the standard as time goes mara i am amazed at how professional, friendly, welcoming, patient and other good things the agents are. for eeach booking, you get an SMS to confirm their vendor fetched you. then they call to confirm you arrived safe and to see if any complaints. they are also very accommodative and thorough when explaining the process. i will definetly be renewing my contract come next year cos they not only want to get something from their customers but also give back and they care while giving back. Mix telematics deserve a Wuuu SHEMMMMMM.
