Tracking device that cannot be trusted

<p>On the 18th June I wrote a review complaining about a malfuntioning device and was promised by Thato Mashimbye that my problem will be resolved and will keep in contact to make sure, that never happened. This morning I tried to track my vehicle and for 90 minutes it was travelling in Nigel at 52km an hour but somehow managed to remain in the same position, I talked to a consultant who was only prepared to give her name as Siga and no surname who was not helpful at all. What bothered me was Matrix could not tell me where the vehicle was as it was 120km away from where the device said it was and all she could offer was that somebody in the technical department will phone me, something which was promised in the past but never happened. When I asked for the reference number she put the phone down. This os happening far too often and Im really not sure how safe my vehicle is.</p>
