tracking Device NOT active
I bought a car Nov 2018 at VW Edenvale (DEMO) and the device ownership was transferred to me and my monthly subscription was billed on my car finance. and now I needed a certificate and I was told my device is not active and one the technicians will give me a call to check it..still NO call has been received and I am extremely annoyed by the lack of service I have received from you!
