TRACKING DEVICE ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE CLOSED!!!
WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
firstly when you contact them especially the cancellation department, NO ONE ANSWERS.
I have received emails after emails about me owing on an account, the car was bought from a dealership with the tracker installed. I was told I am owing on it. when I follow up on this, I am told I owe on a second car account which i paid and closed. all of the sudden the account is not closed, their correspondence are not correct.
I am so frustrated with this company!!!!!! I want them to close the account!!
