My bank requires a Debi-check for new debit orders otherwise they return the debit order as "unpaid". The debit order has been returned 2 times and I have to them make a payment and am charged R30 by my bank for an unpaid item. I decided to rather cancel the contract and have been informed that the contract is for 3 YEARS!!!! and was given a settlement figure to cancel. Where in the conversation with your sales person did he mention that we would have to wait 3 years to cancel once accepted??
