Tracking company that provides no service

My vehicle went in for service but I forgot to phone in and advise them to place the unit in service override. Because of this I expected a call from them questioning whereabouts of vehicle as I had the remote with me. However no call. I then sent an email questioning this and five follow ups later no one has the decency to get back to me. But they are deducting my monthly payment, on time with no shame! Are they still in operation??????
