They cannot get the billing right, I have a std tracking product but I have been told I have selected add ons. Logged tickets ref ***4 querying who selected the add ons (no response). Called in and the accounts people say they removed the add on, guess what? I STILL GET DEBITED for something I didn't ask for, to add to the frustration between the Account and Queries department no one can tell me when I will be refunded. Maybe 14 to 28 days.

Beware of Matrix - take your money, you cannot get the required service and they do not keep their promises!!!
