Tracker not working

Hi, my wife's car tracker is not working anymore. I tried since this morning to call customer care service and as expected phone just rings until line brake down. It's interesting that if you chose option to purchase a service there is always agent available in first 5 seconds. I have also send emails and as expected no one bothers to do anything about it. I have another car that have a tracker with other company. It took them 1h after I send email to sort the problem. If I don't get any joy I will change you for different company that cares about their customers and their assets.
