Tracker not Tracking :/
Worked for 1 week and now the app does not track the vehicle and no live view, when I phone Matrix they say the car is currently in "position A" but the vehicle is over 30km away in a completely different area.
Phoned in 4 times and no-call back to try assist to fix or check the tracking device, been over 2 weeks now :/ terrible service from Matrix Tracker.
We also asked them to bill once every 6 months and they still deduct monthly.
