Tracker is causing car battery issues and Matrix is ignoring my communication to come fix it.

This company never replies to my emails, my Jeep Wrangler had no battery issues and only after they installed the tracking unit, I now have to carry Power Jumper cables everywhere with me, the batgery is still new and only used it for a year and a month. It is so embarrassing what is happing to me. I told them numerous times to send their technician to come resolve this issue as my other two car which have similar units installed are not effected but no replies. Every month they debit which I am going to start reversing and hopefully I will get attention. So far my other two cars are fine and only one car has issues.
