Tracker device

I did report this company on Hellopeter but still now results from them. All they do is to hand you over to there lawyers. The lawyers can't even help with your problem. They said I am owing them money but how can 1 pay anything if you do not have what they promised you. I am still waiting as from Des 2022 to get my tracker install in my car. The previous car had the tracker only for 1 month because I have problems with it and sold it to other people. I asked Mix Telematics Africa that I want to take it out of my car to install it in the new car. They promised me that they will come and install a new tracker because they can't remove the one out of the other car. So as from Jauary they will make apointment with me to come and install the tracker. They also said that they can't cancel my contract with them and I was telling them I do not want to cancell anyway. They just have to install the device in my car. As from that time nothing was done to the isue. They only phone me to tell me that I am in arrears with X amount and when will I be able to pay. Now I want to no how can you pay for nothing that you receive and how can they threaten you that they will report you to credit burue also. All this company can do is threaten people and do not deliver what they promised. Its almost December 2023. Maybe they will do something about my problem before January 2024. In my eye I will never ever tell one of my friends nor my family to support this company. Sorry but this is how I am feeling about this people.
