Tracker cancelled without authorization

I have been calling matrix since last week Friday, my tracker has been canceled without my authorization. Last week Friday I was told my query will escalated and they will get back to me, Monday I called i was told about turn around times. Until today I haven't received any feedback to what is going on with my tracker and no one is answering the calls or bothers to return emails. Matrix has worst service ever!
