I have requested for my account to be closed last month via call. I couldn't get the response then sent an email on this this email address *** then the reply was my ticket has been logged.

Please fix this matter as soon as possible. I keep on getting creepy messages regarding my payments. Now my account is in arrears and funny enough I've never gave you guys problems with my installments. Please close my account I beg
