Track you car in 30 seconds - I think not

This is the first vehicle tracking company I have dealt with that asks its customer to call in monthly to conduct tests on their tracking units. Be that as it may, the level of service from the call centre is appalling when trying to conduct such tests. On 23/05 I called the call centre 3 times before I could get an accurate location of my vehicle. The first time the call was dropped after about 10 seconds. The second time I got through and was given a location of where my vehicle was some 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. So much for tracking my vehicle in 30 seconds. I asked for a more recent update and was transferred to the control room. After refusing to go through the verification questions again the call was dropped. I then called a third time getting through to Bernelee would assisted me with an accurate update. I asked to speak to the manager as this was not the first time I had to jump through hoops to get the location on my car. I was told she was on a call and that an email would be sent her. The manager by the name of Thato called back and I explained the situation, she empathised with my plight and said would also not accept this level of service and would deal with the matter. I wait in anticipation to see if this will change by the time I call next month.

Good day Sundresin Naidoo

As previously discussed, it is a requirement of all customers to call in once every 30 days to test the functionality of their units.

We do apologise for the way the call was handled when you called in recently to confirm the position of your vehicle.

As per telephonic and email communication to yourself, we confirm that your query has been addressed.

Kind regards

Michael Africa
