They just send random messages and are charging every alert and message they send and I up paying double my fee

28 Oct 2025, 08:58I called you Accounts Departments and the lady is very rude,she said my subscription is on r227 each yet I have subscribed on r189 per month for the 5 items,and 1 of the item is r229,my total is supposed to be r1178 not anything more than that.So where is this all extra money coming from?
She then transfered me to Customer Care department they said I am on R189 per item for 5 and r229 for 1 item and total is r1178,so what going on with your accounts department.Stop robbing me my money.I am going to cancel your services if you dont rectify this problem and refund all extra charges you duped me.
