Despite this: The payment is not reflected on my credit profile Telematrix continues to demand payment Risima is unreachable I have proof of payment, yet I’m being chased as if I never paid. This is unacceptable and shows poor communication and compliance. I am requesting: Immediate confirmation of the payment Correction of my credit profile An end to further collection attempts If not resolved urgently, I will escalate this matter to the National Credit Regulator (NCR).
