This is not even a company more like a ****ming scheme

This is one of the worst companies to ever deal with I’ve requested a cancellation last year September and nothing was done they continued to bill me for a whole year and 3 months back I was contacted by risma lawyers to say that I owe matrix 1928 and I tried to avoid my credit score to drop I made the payment of 1928 and requested for a cancellation nothing was done it’s now 3months since I paid and my credit score just keeps dropping by 15points every month is this fare for this company to do this to me is this even legal up till today my accounts are showing arrears when I already paid every time I call risma they say my account is closed with them and the issue is from matrix I have called matrix a several times every time I call I am being made a joke and being left on hold I have finished over 300 rands of airtime just trying to get a hold of matrix but still nothing happens this is so unfair cz my life and credit score is being ruined by this wat do I do @matrix do I just sit and wait for you’ll to ruin my life with credit bureau am I so disappointed angry and even gone in depression cz of this matter I have plenty debit orders which I pay on time nothing like this ever happened to me I will have to take legal action is this is not resolved I am running after this for more than a year my contract ended last year and my car was written off now I have to deal with this also please respond to this matrix
