This company is full of nonsense

When I subscribed to the service we made a debit order arrangement to my account, their system ended up not deducting from my account on a monthly basis, as a result I would have to manually do an EFT to their account, this was not user friendly, and they never bothered to contact me so that this can be sorted out. The most irritating part is that this has a negative effect on my name as they reflected an arrears under my name, which affects my credit score. When you call them, there is no response and also you never get assistance. This company is full of nonsense!
