If I could give this business minus 5. I have been trying to cancel this contract since December without success. I have phoned their customer service department, without answer. Emailed them, took week's for them to respond, when eventually responded, did not assist me. Canceled the debit order. Now keep getting messages requesting payment to avoid additional charges. Phoned the number on the message, no they can not assist me, I need to phone the cancelation department. I phone the cancelation department, no they can not assist me, they do not cancel contracts over the phone. Gave me an email address where I need to request cancelation , emailed them to request a cancellation, no response... Yet today, once again, I receive a message to pay or face additional charges. This company is a **** and offer no real services. In the 8 years, I never received communication once about their services and how to use it, yet they send me messages to pay....
