******* holding me hostage.

This is the most pathetic and terrible service in the world, not just south Africa. How do they still operate. Yes, they hold customers hostage. I have been trying to cancel their services since July 21,2022. I did what they wanted, I sent the cancellation email and gave them 30 days notice. Yet, every month since July they debit my account and sent me threatening SMSs. You can't get hold of the actual accounts department because they don't answer or they keep cutting the calls. This is being operated on a mafia system. One must pay till they die.
