I have wrote a review previously and even now, my issue is not resolved. maybe i should escalate this matter to the insurance ombudsmen. I have clearly told the Matrix people that i am not interested in their added service. i am being debitted R89 every month for something i did not sign up for. its ****** annoying cause now my tracker does not work cause my account is in arrears for something i dont know. This is annoying. i called and was on the line for more than 30 minutes to cancel this until i ended up sending an email, escalating to hello peter,still nothing. your the ****** worst company i have ever seen. blood suckers who cant even do their job
