They ***** my money
I soooo hate this Matrix the way I loved it . I canceled my contract on May 2023 because they kept on debiting my account twice or thrice in my account I decided to cancel when I call them they tell me it’s system error, I was then advised that I need to send an email coz they don’t do cancellation over the phone …The still kept on debiting my account until today November my contract is not cancelled every time I call they tell me it’s the last debit order I HATE it with passion
