They don’t update the credit bureaus

I sorted my Matrix account out with mix telematics maybe a year or so ago and was issued with a paid up letter yet on all my credit reports they still all show my mix telematics account as open even though there is no amount due I for, no payment info, no instalment info. Can this company please properly indicate to all the credit bureaus that my account stays is closed.
