They do not update accounts
I Paid these people around 22 February 2025 but still this month they updated my account as not paid and still in arrears in my credit report

Kindly be advised that it takes 14 to 21 working days for the payment from collectors to be updated.
As per the previous communication with our consultants your account is updated and it takes a month for ITC to be updated.

You should send an update to all credit be Bureaus the way you used to update every month why it hard to update after i have paid you
