They can take my car

When I took the deal they told me that even if the battery is flat they can tell me where my car is and if I have a problem breakdown they will come into my car for free but you never explained but there are cars that it won't do it so when you start having problem then you start realising the problems with them there was so very poor service they can't even respond last I reported my car being rolled and they never responded until I even reach the car and fight with the guys to get my car this company to useless
