There was never a contract or any agreement

I thought this issue was resolved in 2023 after numerous emails and phone calls. But you have now handed me over to a debt collecting company for a debt that didn't even exist, and for the company to back date their records to 2015, we didn't even have an agreement or a contract to start with, my information has been shared with a third-party to drag my name. How do you hand over someone without a contract, I don't owe you anything, please remove my information from your database and inform your associates to stop dragging my name on credit bureau.
