Their way or the high way :(

What an experience I've had after I write off my car. The cancellation process is a night mare and the fees not even disclosed at the start of the contract. And surprisingly I'm expected to do business on another device, like what the..... I never knew a request of transferring will turn to a Rand sign. This company is just a money making ****. To cancel is a via email or phone, you'll call and email forever. I regret crossing paths with them, and if I stop the debits running off my account I'll be a bad payer credit bureau. 15 months counting and money will be going down the drain for a device that will be in a dead vehicle and even if we meet at the location of the old motor vehicle it'll still be a Rand to remove the device. Wow, wow, wow go with this company at your own risk, but trust me, you'll be in a bad trap.
