Their panic button is useless. They don’t respond when you press and ask for emergency asssist.

Yesterday I was in an uncompromised situation, I pressed panic button couple of times. Like for a period of 30 minutes pressing panic button. No one called to check up on me , my question is what am I paying for if when I ask for help no one calls to check ? Why do I have panic but that is useless?

Secondly Geo location alert is on but when I switch on the car no one calls to check if everything is fine. Now my question is, is this thing working ? I can’t be paying for useless units. Next thing the car gets ****** and you are told it was not working. This is very worrying
