If I could give a zero rating, because the one star is not even deserved. I don't know how many times, I've called and asked for this thing to be cancelled , I've sent numerous emails as well . I didn't even agree to this additional charge on my account and every time I request the recording where I've agreed to this charge , no one can provide it, so what grounds are you charging me this pot hole and whatever assist on ? The service I have received from you guys has honestly been disgusting, and after this 36 month contract I have, best believe I definitely will not be using your services . And it's the Audacity to be sending me sms's telling me my account is being handed over to the credit bureau. PROVIDE ME WITH THE RECORDING WHERE I HAVE AGREED TO BEING CHARGED THIS AMOUNT !
