THE WORST TRACKER EVER! Do not Join Beam-e. Can't get a hold of them via calls or emails!
I've been a client for years, but there is no communication from beam-e, besides the invoices from Mix telematics, and they increased the price without letting me know, I only saw it on the invoice. I recently called to cancel and I was told to send an email to their cancellation email which they gave me. I sent it on the 29the Sep 2022 and there was no response, I followed up on the 9th Sept 2022, and still nothing. on the 28th Oct 2022, when I requested a callback, I was sent an email instead and the person told me they don't deal with beam-e and gave me that same useless email that they don't respond to! I'm very frustrated with Beam-e!

It's so sad how you are talking about banking details from a call that was made AFTER my Hellopeter review and totally disregarding the review that I made.
No, that is incorrect, the agent did call and said they will send the banking details, but they still have not done so.
In the same way that Beam-e DID NOT send me a confirmation about the cancellation of my policy, there were no responses to my emails, and no one picked up the calls, and yet when I post a review on Hellopeter I suddenly get a call, that's highly disappointing!
Please have the agent send the banking details so that I can be done with Beame-e!
