The WORST most abusive service provider
Can Mix Telematics tell me why you have not removed or reversed wrongfully placing me on itc??? Why are you so negligent and careless with people lives and why must I suffer for your incompetence?

16 Jan 2023, 09:18This behaviour from Mix Telematics is unacceptable. I have a voice recording from one of your employees assuring me that I do not owe and the matter would be resolved. So why on earth was I placed on debt review?? For R231. You lie and post public reply that issues are resolved just to look like you’re efficient yet behind the scenes we are being sent from pillar to post. The oversight that was done must be rectified by you, I shouldn’t have to suffer.

I want to be completely removed because this affects my good standing over an issue that is not my fault. I have explained and produced evidence to my dispute, why is that not being considered?
