The top ‘ customer don’t care’ company

Despite numerous promises my emails calling for information relating to the terminated contracts remain unanswered and ignored.All you get is different versions of settlement letters that cannot be explained and sms threats. With the takeover of Matrix by an American company, your emails are also blocked for containing Israeli ID and bank account numbers! How ridiculous when all they contain are local Matrix customer reference numbers. So after 7 months the matters outstanding by Matrix remain unresolved.
