The overall experience was terrible and deserving of zero stars. I sent mails and requests and dealt with call centres to go back and forth. Then Claudia Abrahams gave me a call and her service was exceptionally good. She assisted immediately and was able to sort my query out then and there. It was for a cancellation request and she sounded as angry as I were that Matrix dropped the ball. Almost sounded like she was going to do battle on my behalf. I loved that there are still people out there like her who actually care. Thank you Claudia Abrahams for your excellent service. I do hope your company values you as much as you deserve because you really went the extra mile. I rate your service a full 10 stars.
