They overcharge, charged me for the panic button that I can't use as my phone is not compatible, ( need to use iphone or android) was told I will be notified as soon as huawei works as "they are working on it, to my surprise I got a statement this morning (06/02/2025), I'm billed for the button which is not in use. They are not reachable on the phone but they can reach you when they need to call you, the only that caught their attention was my email which was answered after more than 3 weeks requesting them to cancel my policy, now they are threatening me with settlement amounts which were not mentioned when they signed me up.
