The most ridiculous after service possible....
My Experience with this company was great until I sold the vehicle that was fitted with one of their units. I sold the vehicle more then a year ago and till this day no one has contacted me regarding that account I've been trying to get hold of them for several months and nothing works. I've tried the emergency department and they'll just put me to accounts and then the line just keeps ringing. Please can someone assist me regarding this matter, and I will never refer anyone to use this tracking company.

As per our telephone conversation earlier today, we confirm that your cancellation request has been processed and confirmation thereof will be emailed to you.
Your account has been forwarded to our Finance Department for the necessary credits to be approved and are still liable for the remaining balance once the credits have been processed.
