The Mitrix/Beame
The Mitrix/Beame service has the most horrible service ever you the sell lairs, you agree on product and your receive a different things. Come debit time they charge extra staff when you ask they tell you we forgot to inform you , I have been requesting for cancellation which its took 3 months yet they want to still debit my account. The call center never escalate any matter , nor call you call manager are never available to take calls.

I'm still waiting for the feedback consultant did call and she said she will call back the some day with feedback but she never called back , your collection department still calling me and they cant direct me to Evelyn Pillay and Jacque the sales manager as per our conversation. I need this matter sorted today as the is no customer care hear. I will be referring this matter to the ombudsman.
