THE INCOMPETENCE AT MIX NEVER ENDS

If there is truly a more *********** and unhelpful company in South Africa than Mix Telematics, I haven't yet come across it. Because they were caught out with their incompetence and lies around a new contract, in a blaze of anger and shame they unilaterally with immediate effect cancelled two other contracts I had with them. However they are still billing me monthly for these contacts despite deciding themselves to cancel the contracts. How do you deal with a business like this?
