The company is a ****😡

The service are horrible 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 I sent an email before the 28th of April saying that I want to cancel and I should get the last bill I don’t get any communication from the cancellation team instead I get a bill then I call the call centre which is even worse then they tell me to send an email I send another email saying I want to cancel my services they still don’t respond to my email. I’ve never seen such a desperate and unprofessional company I feel like it’s a **** because the only time you get communication from them is when you have to make payments
